"Pretty good hydration, I think"
My skin does feel less dry now, so I guess it’s helping with hydration. I’m not totally sure I’m seeing big results yet, though—it seems like it’s taking a while.

"Wrong items, just like I worried"
I had a feeling this might happen after seeing a few other complaints, and sure enough, my order showed up wrong. They sent me a different product than the one I actually picked, and then I had to chase them to get it sorted. Frustrating and just confirmed my doubts

"Easy on my sensitive skin"
I got the fragrance-free version because my skin can be picky, and to be fair, it worked really well for me. No irritation or weird reaction at all. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but I don’t think that takes away from the product itself. Overall, I’m happy with it

I started using Regimen Lab a few months back because the texture on my cheeks was really bothering me. It wasn’t one of those overnight miracle things, but after a few weeks I started noticing my skin felt smoother and not as bumpy when I washed my face.
What I liked most is that it didn’t leave my skin feeling tight, stripped, or irritated. My makeup goes on better now too, which was a nice bonus. I’m happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

I had to return one item and the process was straightforward. Customer support got back to me fairly quickly, which I appreciated. The only thing is the refund took a few days longer than I expected, and since I’m careful with my budget, that was a bit annoying. But in the end, I got my money back without any real hassle.

"Bottle is more hassle than it’s worth"
The product itself might be okay, but the bottle made it really frustrating to use. After just a few times, the pump started sticking, and when it did work it would either push out way too much or nothing at all. I kept having to tap it on the counter just to get it going, which got old fast.
Also, heads up if you’re thinking about buying it: the cap didn’t stay on securely for me, and it ended up leaking in my drawer. For the price, I really expected the packaging to be better. I wouldn’t buy it again unless they fix the pump and cap situation.

The ingredients seem legit and I wanted to give it a fair shot, but my skin barely changed even after using it consistently. "Pretty much confirmed what I thought about my sensitive skin"
My skin reacts to almost everything, so I was already kind of expecting this to either calm it down or make me red right away. It did tingle a little the first time, which made me nervous, but after a few days that went away and my skin looked less irritated. I’ve always felt like my skin just needs something gentler and consistent, and this kind of proved that to me. It didn’t fix everything, and I still had a bit of dryness, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Broke me out after about a week"
I really wanted this to work, but after about a week my skin just started getting worse. I kept noticing new pimples popping up, and at first I thought maybe it was just my skin adjusting or something, but nope... it just looked more irritated than before. Kind of disappointing, honestly.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, mostly at night, and I do feel like some of my darker spots are looking a little lighter. They’re definitely not gone or anything, but there’s been enough of a difference that I’m going to keep using it. So far, I’m happy with it

"Solid ingredients, just a little hard to compare"
I haven’t tried the whole line yet, but I spent some time going through the ingredient lists on regimenlab.com after getting my order email/receipt, and overall they look really good. A lot of sensible actives, not a bunch of random filler, and the formulas feel more focused than trendy. I’m giving 4 stars because a few products were a bit confusing to compare, but the ingredient quality seems solid overall

"I really did want to like..."
I really did want to like regimenlab.com, but the whole site was kind of a hassle. Trying to find products or basic info felt like way too much clicking around, and a few pages just left me wondering what I was even looking at. The checkout on my phone was clunky too, which pretty much sealed it. Maybe the Regimen Lab crowd has it figured out, but I got annoyed fast and didn’t have a good time using it.
